INSIDE MOUNT INSTALLATION: For inside mount, shade width should be 1/4" smaller than the window width, and remember that the size you order refers to the shade itself, not the window size. A minimum depth of 2.5" is required. Please note that the width includes brackets, each consuming 0.75", resulting in a fabric width that's at least 1.5" narrower overall. There might be a slight gap on the sides, which can often be concealed by the window frame. If your frame is insufficient, consider selecting an outside mount option.

OUTSIDE MOUNT INSTALLATION: When installing outside, shades should be 3-6" wider and 8-10" longer than the window dimensions to ensure comprehensive coverage. Our shades are versatile for both inside and outside mounting, but precise measurements are crucial. Therefore, kindly review the MOUNT TYPE AND MEASUREMENT guidelines before placing your order.
